Your pass includes four conversation credits. Each booking uses one credit, and unused credits expire 60 days after purchase.
Conversations are confirmed with at least two learners. If a conversation has not reached two learners 12 hours before the start time, it is canceled automatically. Your credit or free-conversation eligibility is restored.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the start time and your credit will be returned with its original expiration date.
Your credit is returned automatically and will have at least 30 days remaining. If you paid for a single conversation, you can choose a replacement booking credit or a refund to your original payment method.
